About Costa
De Luz
The Spanish have been keeping the Costa De La
Luz to themselves – it is a piece of authentic Andalucia. The
Spanish Algarve is in the northern part of the region called
Huelva. Typified by its beautiful beaches, all year round
sunshine, natural surroundings and unspoiled towns, the
Spanish Algarve
amazing place to live and offers an outstanding investment
opportunity.
The central Andalucian government have responsible plans
for this part of Spain. There is a large national park
in the area and with strict rules in place to prevent
the over-development of another Costa attracting the more
discerning kind of tourist. This control means that new
property is sympathetically added to the area and also
restricts the supply. As a result, there is less competition
for
holiday lets resale properties from an investment perspective.
 Prices
are significantly cheaper than Portugal and the Mediterranean
Costas and growth is happening measured and sustainable pace.
Several luxury hotel chains have made significant investments,
demonstrating their commitment and confidence in the areas
true potential. Northern Europe is extremely well connected
through Faro and Seville international airports. You can
the UK on Friday morning and be on the Spanish Algarve
in a
few hours. Importantly, it has been year round destination
to Sevillians for many years - this amazing city is only
1 hour from the coast.
All major airlines, budget or otherwise
fly daily services and this competition for business keeps
flight down and ensures solid communications links for
the future. With more sunshine and less rainfall than the
Costa del Sol, this undiscovered area is Spain’s
best-
secret. We fell in love with the region and we would welcome
the opportunity of sharing it with you.
Ayamonte
Ayamonte is a charming fishing town on the Spanish border
with Portugal at the mouth of the Guadiana River. It

Steeped in history, the town has been a popular retreat
for the Spanish for many years and due to year round
business, it is not seasonal.
Ayamonte is embracing inward

without changing its traditional Spanish cultures and
character. A perfect base from which to explore the
region, it is only a short drive from the sandy beaches
of Isla
Canela.

drive
away along the coast and is set in an area of outstanding
natural beauty. Both villages have well-established luxury
golf resorts and are front line to the beach.
